In our tradition, the Bodhi seeds reminds us of awakening and the strength to remain steady through all conditions. There are 108 beads, carefully counted and strung on strong cord. The slightly larger beads rest firmly in the hand, giving a grounded, reassuring feeling during meditation. They are especially satisfying to touch and to count, helping the mind settle naturally.

When you are not using it for practice, you can wrap it loosely around your wrist three to five times, carrying the reminder of awareness with you through the day.

It is finished in a simple way, with a knot and guru bead to honor the lineage and the path of practice. Each bodhi seeds mala is handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal, with respect for tradition and a quiet wish to support your mindfulness in everyday life.
